European leader in land defence, the group supports armed forces in addressing tomorrow's challenges. Operating at global scale, it designs, develops, and delivers advanced and-based defence solutions, including complex systems and associated equipment.
In a complex geopolitical environment and amid strong growth in the defence sector in Europe and worldwide, the group's ambition is to strengthen its position as a leading European player in land systems.
Following a large-scale strategic and transformation program, the group has undertaken a deep redesign of its Target Operating Model.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for setting up and implementing the group's Target Operating Model across all dimensions of the transformation, including governance, processes, data based Performance management, IT, culture, and ways of working.
This senior profi le, with 10 to 15 years of professional experience, will have a strong background in project management and in large-scale Target Operating Model transformation initiatives, including change management and cultural transformation.
The role will be based in Amsterdam, reporting to the group's EVP International Development, in charge of the group's (organisational) transformation at EXCOM level.

Profil interne / Compétences requises
10–15 years of professional industrial experience
Must have: proven industrial experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation within large organisations
Must have: complex project management competences and references
Must have: transformation and Change Management competences and/or experience.
Nice to have: exposure to or past experience in the Defense sector
Strong team player with the ability to interact eff ectively with senior stakeholders and Executive Committee members
Willingness to travel on a weekly basis
Fluency in English and at least one other European language
Description de l'environnement de travail
The position is based in Amsterdam. Candidate may be personally based elsewhere in Europe, provided they are willing to spend 3 days per week at the headquarters and very regularly travel to any other relevant European KNDS site. This role requires signifi cant travel across Europe.
